If DBZ next generations was like Evangelion, I would say that Vegeta would somewhat be like Gendo Ikari, Trunks would be like Shinji, Pan might be like Asuka, Bulma might be like Yui or Misato, and Bulla might be like Rei. Just my thought on the next generation of Z warriors being like the Third Children to combat the future threats
